Steven Adelstein founded Eco World Water and has spent his career building and financing companies across multiple sectors. As CEO from 2020 to 2025, he led the company's growth, shaped its regulatory strategy, and established the technology positioning that defines Eco today; he transitioned to Executive Chairman to support CEO Syed Shah. A seasoned finance and operations executive and inactive CPA, he brings decades of experience in startup capital management and complex development execution to Eco's next phase of scale.
Syed Shah has spent more than 30 years building and running advanced treatment, filtration, and reuse operations around the world. He is known for assembling high-performance teams and driving innovation across both industrial and municipal markets, with a track record of global operations, supply chain, and full P&L ownership. He holds an MBA and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering. As CEO, he is responsible for translating Eco's patented technology into deployed infrastructure at commercial scale.
Wayne Miller is a corporate attorney licensed in Minnesota and Florida whose career spans executive leadership and high-growth operations. As EVP and General Counsel at Rosen Materials, he played a key role in scaling the company from under $100M in 2013 to more than $750M, and led its sale to USLMB in 2015, where he served as Chief Counsel. He holds a BA in Law and Religion from Carleton University and a JD from Western New England University School of Law. At Eco, he oversees the operational and legal architecture required to expand a regulated infrastructure business.
Dr. Amir Mirarefi has 16 years of leadership in water treatment and manufacturing scale-up, with deep specialization in global quality management systems and Lean Six Sigma optimization. He ensures that every Eco system is built, validated, and delivered to the standards its certified lab results promise. His work underpins the repeatability that allows Eco to expand through standardized systems and world-class manufacturing partners.
Nasir Rizvi has spent nearly a decade building finance functions for Fortune 100 and high-growth technology companies, including Cisco, Motorola Solutions, and Circana, where he led forecasting and strategic modeling across businesses exceeding $1 billion in revenue. He holds an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University and a BS from Northern Illinois University. At Eco, he leads financial planning, strategic analysis, and investor relations as the company scales toward commercial execution.
