1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of www.ecoworldwater.com and any related pages, subdomains, forms, tools, downloads, and content operated by Eco World Water Corp ("Eco World Water," "EWW," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site.
If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a municipality, utility, company, agency, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that entity.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site is an informational and marketing resource. It describes Eco World Water's water reuse technology, capabilities, project experience, and markets served, and it allows visitors to request information, request a briefing, or contact our team.
The Site does not sell products, accept orders, or process payments. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to sell, license, lease, install, or service any equipment or system. Any commercial relationship with Eco World Water will be governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Eco World Water. In the event of any conflict between the Site and such an agreement, the signed agreement controls.
3. No Professional, Engineering, or Regulatory Advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not engineering advice, design services, regulatory or permitting advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a recommendation for any specific site, facility, process, or application.
Wastewater treatment outcomes depend on influent characteristics, flow, loading, site conditions, configuration, operating parameters, and the applicable regulatory framework. No content on the Site should be relied upon as the basis for a design decision, a procurement decision, a capital plan, a permit application, or a compliance determination. You should retain a licensed professional engineer and consult the applicable permitting authority before making any such decision.
4. Sizing Tools, Configurators, and Estimates
The Site may make available interactive tools, including a system sizing selector, that generate preliminary outputs based on the inputs you provide.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All outputs are preliminary, illustrative, and non-binding planning estimates only.
- Outputs are generated from generalized assumptions and do not reflect site-specific conditions, influent characterization, hydraulic or organic loading variability, redundancy requirements, permitting conditions, or applicable codes and standards.
- Outputs are not an engineering design, a basis of design, a specification, a proposal, a quotation, or a price.
- Configurations described as "in design" or otherwise not identified as built and tested have not been constructed or field-validated, and availability is not guaranteed.
- Eco World Water makes no representation or warranty that any output is accurate, complete, achievable, or suitable for any purpose, and disclaims all liability arising from reliance on any output.
Any actual system scope, configuration, capacity, performance, schedule, or price will be established only through a site-specific engineering review and a signed written agreement.
5. Modifications
Performance figures, test results, and technical descriptions presented on the Site — including results from pilot testing and third-party or agency-certified testing — reflect the specific conditions, influent characteristics, configuration, and operating parameters under which those results were obtained.
Past or pilot results are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of future performance at any other site or under any other conditions. Nothing on the Site should be read as a statement that any regulatory approval, permit, certification, or type approval has been granted unless the Site expressly states that it has been granted. Approvals described as pending or in progress remain pending and may not be obtained.
Eco World Water reserves the right to update, correct, supplement, or remove technical content at any time without notice.
6. Forward-Looking Statements; No Offer of Securities
The Site may contain forward-looking statements regarding Eco World Water's plans, technology roadmap, markets, capacity, projected performance, or business objectives. Forward-looking statements are based on current expectations and assumptions and are subject to risks and uncertainties. Actual results may differ materially. Eco World Water's technology is protected by issued United States patents, including U.S. Patent Nos. 11,008,227; 11,084,737; and 12,583,780, together with additional pending applications. Nothing on the Site grants, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right under any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of Eco World Water or any third party.
Eco World Water™, Eco Separation™, the Eco World Water logo, and other names, marks, and slogans appearing on the Site are trademarks or service marks of Eco World Water Corp. You may not use them without our prior written consent. Third-party names and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
You may view, download, and print Site content solely for your own internal evaluation purposes, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, license, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written consent.
8. Gated and Downloadable Materials
Certain materials — including technical reports, test data summaries, specifications, and briefing documents — may be made available only upon submission of contact information or subject to acceptance of additional terms.
By requesting or downloading such materials, you agree that:
- You will use them solely for your own internal evaluation of Eco World Water's technology.
- You will not redistribute, publish, post publicly, or provide them to any competitor of Eco World Water.
- You will not use them to develop, design, reverse engineer, or assist any third party in developing a competing product, process, or system.
- Eco World Water retains all right, title, and interest in the materials, and you receive no license other than the limited internal-use right described above.
- You will comply with all applicable U.S. export control and sanctions laws and regulations in connection with any technical information obtained from the Site, and you will not export, re-export, or transfer such information in violation of those laws.
9. Submissions and Communications
If you submit an inquiry, contact form, briefing request, scheduling request, or other communication through the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
Unless expressly covered by a separate written confidentiality agreement, any information you transmit through the Site is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Do not transmit confidential process data, proprietary designs, bid-sensitive information, protected personal information, or any other sensitive material through the Site's public forms or by unsecured email. Contact us to establish an appropriate confidentiality agreement and a secure transmission method first.
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback regarding Eco World Water or its technology, you grant Eco World Water a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and exploit that feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
Submitting an inquiry does not create any business relationship, engagement, or obligation on the part of Eco World Water. We may decline to respond to any inquiry.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Access the Site by automated means, including scraping, crawling, harvesting, or data mining, except by well-behaved search engine indexing.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system or network.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware, viruses, or disabling code, or by overloading or attacking the Site's infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, logic, or underlying algorithms of any tool, calculator, or software made available through the Site.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false information through any form on the Site.
- Use the Site or its content for competitive intelligence purposes on behalf of a competitor of Eco World Water.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.
- Frame, mirror, or deep-link to the Site in a manner that misrepresents its source or implies endorsement.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may incorporate third-party services, including hosting, analytics, scheduling, and form-handling providers. Eco World Water does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, or privacy practices of any third party. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.
12. Site Availability
Eco World Water does not guarantee that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Site or any portion of it, including any tool or downloadable material, at any time and without notice or liability.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ECO WORLD WATER MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT IS ACCURATE, CURRENT, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE; THAT ANY ESTIMATE, OUTPUT, OR PERFORMANCE FIGURE WILL BE ACHIEVED AT ANY SITE; THAT ANY REGULATORY OUTCOME WILL BE OBTAINED; OR THAT THE SITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECO WORLD WATER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, TOOL, ESTIMATE, OR MATERIAL OBTAINED THROUGH IT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ECO WORLD WATER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eco World Water and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
16. Changes to These Terms
Eco World Water may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You should review these Terms periodically.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
You agree that any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue or forum non conveniens.
18. General
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eco World Water regarding the Site and supersede all prior understandings regarding the Site. They do not supersede any separately signed commercial agreement between you and Eco World Water.
Survival. Sections 3 through 9 and 14 through 19 survive any termination of your access to the Site.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
