Move the slider. The system doesn't change — it multiplies. Every train runs the same process in the same fifteen minutes, whether you're treating a small town or a city. Scale is a train count, not a different technology.
Selection rule. Returns the smallest installed capacity that meets or exceeds demand, using no more than four trains. All trains in a configuration are the same size. Ties on capacity go to the configuration with fewer trains.
Population. Calculated at 100 gallons per capita per day. This is a planning approximation pending EWW confirmation and must always display with the word "approximately."
